Latch and deadbolt adjustment, included. If a door sticks or won't latch, we adjust it ourselves on the same visit. No need to hire anyone else to fix it.

Pricing (agent rate) goes by the number of exterior doors: front, back, side, and the door from the garage into the house.

AGENT PRICING
Agent pricing, not retail. These rates are only for real estate agents buying the rekey as a closing gift for a client. They are not our homeowner rates.
Up to 2 doors: $200.
3 doors: $280.
4 doors: $380.
5 doors: $440.
6 doors: $500.
More than 6 doors: call or contact us for a quote.
Four free keys with every rekey. Fresh keys for the homeowner, per house, at no extra charge.
Door adjustment included, not extra. For the price of the rekey, we also readjust every door. If a door doesn't close or open well, we do our best to make it work smoothly. We do it ourselves on the same visit, so you and your clients never need to hire anyone else afterwards.
Your branding. You can brand the gift certificate yourself, or we'll add your branding for you. The keys come on a specially made keychain with your name and a "Welcome Home" message, or any other message you'd like on it.
Where these prices apply. These prices are for jobs near Dunwoody in the North Atlanta service area. Jobs much farther away, such as about an hour's drive, have a travel fee.

Not included. Replacing faulty, old or very cheap locks costs extra, and any hardware is extra. Nobody pays for extras without saying yes first.
Extras: extra keys, strike reinforcement, and a short first-week walkthrough with the first-week checklist. Interior privacy locks are separate.

Between tenants, you need to know the old keys stop working. We rekey or change the locks between tenants, so each new tenant gets fresh keys and the last one can't get back in. Call for pricing.
